How does store credit work?

Choose store credit instead of a card refund and we add the full value of your return, plus an extra 10%, to your UMI account. It's credited as soon as your return is approved — much faster than a card refund, which takes 7–14 business days to reach your bank. You have 12 months to spend it. Just log in before you check out and your credit appears as a payment option. If your order comes to less than your balance, the rest stays in your account for next time; if it comes to more, you simply pay the difference. Your balance is always visible in your account.
