Shipping policy

Orders ship from Phuket, Thailand. Delivery availability, shipping options and charges depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout. If your destination is not available, please contact us.

Thailand delivery

Standard delivery within Thailand costs ฿120. Orders over ฿5,000 ship free within Thailand.

Standard delivery takes 1–2 days, including weekends, for orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed at or after 2pm have a delivery window one day later.

In Phuket, Express delivers the same day by Grab Express for ฿300, for orders placed before 6pm.

In Phuket you can also choose Try Before You Buy — a stylist brings your pieces to you, free, and you pay only for what you keep.

International delivery

For destinations outside Thailand, please check availability and shipping charges at checkout. Thailand delivery prices, free-shipping offers and delivery times do not apply to international orders.

Unless checkout explicitly states that import duties and taxes are included, they are not included in the shipping charge and may be collected from you by the carrier or customs authority before delivery. Clearance or handling fees may also apply. Express delivery does not by itself mean these charges are prepaid.

Orders are charged in Thai baht (THB). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
