How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size table in cm and inches. The numbers shown are the actual garment measurements — compare them to a piece you already own and love. For step-by-step instructions, see our Size Guide (how to measure yourself, plus the size our model is wearing on each photo).
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange — choose a refund to store credit (bonus +10%), your original payment, a size or colour swap, and return shipping is on us. Items in our Sale category are Final Sale — they can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If something isn't right, message us. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
How much does shipping cost?
฿120 flat anywhere in Thailand, or ฿300 for Phuket same-day delivery via Grab Express. Both are free on orders over ฿5,000. Read the full Shipping policy.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–2 days, including weekends, for orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed at or after 2pm have a delivery window one day later. In Phuket, same-day delivery is available via Grab Express; we’ll contact you to confirm a convenient time.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Message us with your order number and we'll check for you.
Where can I try things on in person?
In Phuket you can find and try on UMI pieces at our partner locations — Tree O'Clock, SHE (Bangtao) and TA (Chalong).
Each product page also shows where that item is currently available. To collect and try on an online order, choose Pickup as your delivery method at checkout and select your preferred location.
Can't make it in person? You can still order with confidence — size exchanges and returns are free within 14 days.
